All accommodation and meals are provided as part of the Study Visit. Breakfast, coffee breaks and lunches will be arranged directly by IGLYO, while dinner will be self-organised by participants, who will receive a 25 EUR flat rate per meal to cover such costs.
However, you are expected to book and pay for your travel to the event and we will reimburse your travel costs up to €300 after the conference as long as you comply with our reimbursement policy requirements. You can read our full Travel Reimbursement Policy here.
