Bella FitzPatrick (she/her) is an Irish, working class, bisexual, LGBTQ+ educator and the Executive Director at IGLYO. Previous Bella was the ED of ShoutOut in Ireland and she also worked with OutRight Action International on UN advocacy and research. Her work focuses on youth issues; primarily inclusion in school settings. Bella is passionate about the power of education in tackling discrimination.

Oscar Noel Fitzpatrick is the Consultant to both the Global Youth and the Sex Characteristics Programmes at ILGA World. He is a multidisciplinary activist, artist, facilitator, and researcher. Oscar obtained his BA in Drama & Theatre Studies from Trinity College Dublin, and his MA in New Media & Digital Culture from the University of Amsterdam (Universiteit van Amsterdam). Oscar is additionally conducting ongoing research and advocacy in the intersecting areas of digital citizenship and digitally mediated anti-gender violence.

Andreo Gustavo is a Portuguese transgender man trained as a Sexual and Gender Diversity Consultant. He is also a motivational speaker and personal and career coach.
Some of his work experience includes working for the United Nations as a Communications Consultant at UNICEF, as a Translator for WPATH, and as an HIV/AIDS project assistant for NGOs.
Last year, he founded the first Portuguese digital platform for sexual and gender diversity inclusion called TransParente.

Gurchaten is the Director of Programmes at ILGA World. Gurchaten is a widely respected LGBTI changemaker and community leader.

Before their time at ILGA World, Gurchaten was the Non-Discrimination Programme Officer at the International Labour Organization’s (ILO) Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work Branch, where they built their expertise and knowledge on promoting social justice through decent and inclusive work for all, in particular to enhance LGBTIQ+ rights at work and economic inclusion. They were also the President for UN-GLOBE, the group representing LGBTIQ+ personnel in the United Nations system. Gurchaten has been listed as the OUTStanding LGBT Role Model from 2018 to 2021. They are also an Honouree of the Out & Equal’s 2021 Global LGBTQ Corporate Advocate Outie Award, and the winner of the British LGBT Award for Exceptional Inclusion 2021 and the Pink News Awards 2002 for Community Role Model.
