On Thursday 8 May 2025, from 12:30 to 14:00 CEST, IGLYO will host a Webinar on Trans Joy as Resistance in Hostile Times.

In the face of rising anti-trans and anti-gender rhetoric, legislative attacks, and systemic exclusion, narratives about trans lives often focus on struggle, discrimination, and violence. While acknowledging these realities, this webinar shifts the perspective to trans and non-binary joy as a politically transformative, radical, and necessary force in hostile times.

This session will highlight stories, strategies, and practices that centre trans joy as a form of political defiance and collective empowerment. Through a keynote, a panel discussion, and an interactive Q&A, participants will gain inspiration and practical tools for cultivating joy in activism and daily life.

This webinar is free and open to everyone aged 18 and above, but it is primarily aimed at LGBTQI young people aged 18-30.
